このクラスで学べること
In this camp class, learners will be exposed to several different types of puzzles that will challenge their thinking. This class is designed for students that are advanced in their thinking. Students will share their own strategies and thought processes as they solve logic puzzles. They will learn to listen to each other as well as share their own thinking process. Putting this process into words is sometimes a difficult skill. Hearing others verbalize their thinking process can help students to be able to verbalize their own thoughts as they solve difficult logic puzzles. More puzzles for your own completion will be provided to the class as a whole after the class is complete. Monday: Number out (see puzzle descriptions under learning goals) Tuesday: Clueless Crossword Puzzles/Word puzzles Wednesday: Line Drawing Thursday: Building walls Friday: Rectangular Pieces Please note that alterations in materials may be made depending on the performance of the learners in that individual class. My goal is the all learners to be engaged and challenged. It will helpful for learners to use a device that allows annotating on a zoom screen. I am not sure about all devices, but I have found that ChromeBooks do not have this capability.
