Beginner - Intermediate レベル向け
This fun class helps students stretch their creativity! Session 1: We will discuss what an old-fashioned keyhole is and looks like, and how we will enlarge it. We will imagine what something looks like when looking through it (outside, in another room, etc.). Using the provided handout, we will trace a keyhole pattern, draw the lock plate and other door details, and plan the design for the scene on the other side of the keyhole. If there is time, we will begin a final copy on "good" drawing...
I love to draw and paint, and as a veteran art teacher, I love to break down what looks like difficult or challenging art processes into steps that kids can follow, no matter what their experience or ability level.
A keyhold template will be provided prior to the first class for students to cut and trace on their practice and final copy drawings. Pencils, eraser, pencil sharpener paper for practice (sketchbook or printer paper work great!) Black Sharpie (regular fine point) good quality drawing paper (this might be in a sketchbook or drawing tablet; Strathmore or Canson are my favorites) Colored pencils
