Come join us as we create a delicious Nutella French Toast Casserole with or without fruit. (Strawberries and/or Bananas). This class will meet one time for 45 minutes. Students will finish their casserole and serve when class is over. I make this recipe for my family every Valentine's Day on request. It is quick, easy, has minimal ingredients, and is absolutely delicious. Teacher will give out a handout with directions and ingredients a week before class begins. You can purchase the ingredients ahead of time if needed.

Warning: Please review each recipe in detail. Possible allergens include: milk, nuts, wheat, dairy, eggs, or soy. Alternative recipes or ideas can be provided if you contact the instructor ahead of time. Please give at least three days notice. You can also tailor your recipe to your own tastes.
Students will be working with stovetop, oven, knives and kitchen equipment. Please make sure your learner knows how to use their kitchen appliances and knives safely. I have no problem with parents/guardians baking with their students. I prefer an adult in the house when we cook just in case of emergencies.

I am also a professor, attorney, high school instructor and mother of seven.
