In this one time class students will learn how to make sugar cookies. We will use an easy to follow recipe to make the sugar cookies and icing. I teach via a "tell, show, do, feedback" model that is similar to the gradual release models used in schools. We will use a hand held mixer or stand mixer to mix our ingredients, use food dye to add color to our icing.
