Hello! I'm Krystian Rutledge, an experienced UX/UI Designer with a passion for crafting user experiences that are both seamless and inviting.

Experience: Presently, I'm leading a captivating project as a UX Designer with Designlab, overseeing the design and development of the "Comic Party" feature for Webtoon. This project combines my passion for comics with user-centered design principles to enhance user engagement and foster a vibrant community within the platform. My dedication to understanding the preferences of comic enthusiasts through ongoing user research informs all aspects of the feature, from wireframes and prototypes to the user interface and an interactive chat system for lively discussions.

Skills: My skill set encompasses user research, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Photoshop. My hallmark is creating designs that prioritize user needs and preferences, ensuring an enjoyable and user-friendly experience.

Education: I hold a BA in Communication Art from the Savannah College of Art and Design and have refined my UX/UI expertise at Designlab-UX/UI Design Academy.

Teaching Experience: My teaching career includes roles as a LEGO Robotics Instructor with Bricks 4 Kids, where I ignited young minds with the wonders of robotics, and my current position as the leader of the LEGO Robotics Program at Chandler School. Additionally, I serve as a Kindergarten Teaching Assistant, nurturing the early stages of education and fostering a love for learning. I also have experience teaching video game design with Scratch coding and more, cultivating creativity and problem-solving skills in young minds.

Managerial Experience: I bring management experience as well, having served as the Manager of Bricks 4 Kidz in Santa Clarita, CA. In this role, I orchestrated a successful website redesign, managed content updates, enhanced SEO, integrated e-commerce functionality, and spearheaded social media campaigns, resulting in increased website traffic and user retention.
