Spring Bunny in It's Whimsical Habitat: Clay Art Animal Landscape Scene Modeling. What better place for a miniature Bunny to nap, than on a giant mushroom in the garden! Add a lake with chicks! Supplies: *Clay or Modeling Medium (for smaller Sculpting I use Polymer bake clay, for larger Sculpting I use Foam Clay...aka Model Magic) *Colors: White, Green(s), Any other colors you wish to use for mushroom caps, gardens, and flowers! *Basic Sculpting tools, or just a toothpick and the end of a paintbrush for smoothing and rolling will work just fine. *A wooden toothpick (may need to be broken) to support the tall mushroom *A non stick surface to work on *It's best to work directly on a piece of parchment/baking paper, so you can lift the structure without warping the clay. **Polymer clay requires baking according to the package direction. (Generally ~275 °F/135 °C, depending on your brand of clay). You may do this after class. Parental help is necessary.
