Join us every week for a new breakfast made from scratch. I will walk you through step by step how to make a delicious breakfast for your whole family to enjoy. You'll learn how to improve your food preparation skills, along with better food safety. Each week you'll add a new delicious recipe to your food repertoire, and your confidence in the kitchen will grow! Here's an ongoing list of what we will be preparing in class: (These dates and recipes are tentative and subject to change. Ingredients will be posted here and in the classroom at least 48 hours in advance I’m so sorry for the late posting of the ingredients! I thought I had sent them already! Here’s what you’ll need: 1/2 Lb breakfast sausage 2 cups spinach fresh 6 large eggs 2 tablespoon Feta cheese crumbled 1/2 cup shredded cheese shredded, any flavor (Cheddar, Pepper Jack, Monterey, etc. . . ) 1/2 cup salsa plus more for serving 7 medium tortillas corn or flour cooking spray Salt SUPPLIES frying pan Baking sheet Wooden spoon Measuring cups Measuring spoons Knife Cutting board

I'm a work-at-home mom of 3 cute kids and 1 energetic pup. I speak 2 foreign languages (Spanish & Portuguese) and have lived in 3 different countries (USA, China, & Cape Verde). I’m a big Harry Potter fan (go Hufflepuff!), and I have an odd knack for being able to remember random movie quotes.
