Participants will learn prefixes, suffixes and word base meanings and spellings. These will be utilized in various combinations to create new words. This vocabulary building will allow students to retain the meanings of words by their various parts and their correct spellings by segmenting words into parts which can be mixed an matched to create new words with new meanings.

I am a an accelerated reading and math specialist who has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, a Master of Science in Special Education as well as several teaching certificates in two states. Currently teaching up to 25 different subjects in-person as well as online, I have taught in public and private schools, trained other teachers in my particular brand of accelerated instruction and continue to serve students of all ages, grades and skill levels; from those with severe autism to the gifted and talented, Pre-K through College.
