The KIDZ BOP Kids have been named Billboard Magazine's "#1 Kids' Artist" for the past 10 consecutive years and were the most streamed artist on Spotify Kids in 2020.

In this two day, small group, ALL LEVELS AGES 5-8 class, the official KIDZ BOP vocal coach and choreographer will teach fans dance moves from the latest KIDZ BOP music videos and vocal techniques using popular KIDZ BOP songs. Learners will receive one-on-one attention from Kelsie and Vanessa and get the opportunity to perform solo or in a group. Each class will be broken up into two parts- choreography and vocals; every student will get to learn from both Kelsie and Vanessa, the team behind the KIDZ BOP tour.

This workshop will focus on both live performance and on-camera techniques; kids will learn how to make a song uniquely theirs by utilizing facial expressions, costumes, and vocal patterns to convey a message on screen. There will also be instruction on how to properly warm up the body and vocal chords. By the end of the workshop, learners will be able to perform an official routine to two KIDZ BOP tracks. Next stop, Hollywood!

**PLEASE NOTE Depending on the section a learner is enrolled in, some learners will start with vocals, then move into dance, and some will start with dance and move into vocals. There will be two separate meetings, with a five minute break in between, on each day. All learners will learn from both Kelsie (dance) and Vanessa (vocals).**

2 -DAYS OF SINGING, DANCING, AND PERFORMING:

DAY 1: PERFORMING FOR THE STAGE: 
Kids learn how to perform for an audience! After learning a routine, they'll get the chance to perform in a group or solo, incorporating vocal techniques and choreography.

DAY 2: PERFORMING FOR CAMERA / MUSIC VIDEO:
Now that kids are experts at performing - they'll learn how to perform like a KIDZ BOP Kid in music videos. Kids will be invited to wear their favorite pop star outfit, or bring accessories (hats, microphones, etc.) to help bring their performance to life. Lights, camera, action!

CLASS OVERVIEW:

DANCE: Taught by Kelsie
Class will include:
-  Intros / Choreography Warm-ups
-  Dance Lesson: Kelsie will demonstrate and give instructions on the dance moves before giving learners a chance to practice the moves, giving feedback to students along the way.
-  Performances: Kids will get the chance to perform in a group of 3 or solo and incorporate vocals.

VOCALS: Taught by Vanessa
-  Intros / Vocal Warm-ups
-  Vocal Lesson: Vanessa will teach class how to properly sing the song with lyrics and melody.
-  Techniques: Kids will learn how to connect with the lyrics (expressions, gestures, inflections, etc.) and express themselves through vocal performance.
-  Performances: Future pop stars get to perform solo and show how they would perform the track and make it uniquely theirs, incorporating vocal expression and choreography.
