In this daily Kindergarten course, your child will learn the Kindergarten required standards of: counting, basic addition, basic subtraction, measurement, categorization, science observations, conversational skills, technology skills, calendar, holidays, community, sharing/taking turns, letter sounds, alphabet, spelling, writing, reading short phrases, discussing stories and characters, rhyming words, basic sight words, writing his/her name, forming letters, forming sentences, invented spelling, etc. We will cover things like: colors, numbers, counting, pre-math, shapes, alphabet, life skills, social/emotional development, sharing, science, social studies, fine & gross motor skills, sorting, cutting, coloring, etc. Students will be able to communicate ideas with the teacher and others in their class. They will also learn technology skills through this virtual learning experience. The teacher will also complete read-alouds and question sessions with the class. 📚 Message me at anytime on Outschool!

The students will have plenty of time to share and participate while engaging with other learners. It is a very, interactive environment! We often do fun class engagement exercises like scavenger hunts, dress-up days, show and tell, and monthly virtual field trips! A few times a month, I will send home resources and materials you can complete at home with your learner. There are NO PRINTOUTS required! I like to keep the materials and printouts light for those who cannot print or do not have the time. Students just need a whiteboard/paper and a smile!😊 Let's keep it simple! 

If you ever need to miss a course meeting for vacation, family emergency, doctor's appointment, etc.- Please feel free to do so. You do not need to message me. However, you can if you want! Feel free to unenroll or unsubscribe at anytime if the course is not a good fit for your learner. 📩

****FULL ENROLLMENT: **** Outschool prefers small class sizes (18 and under). Based on the high need and hundreds of requests during the Coronavirus Pandemic, I will be keeping the class at 18 learners (maximum capacity) to meet as much of the need as I can. If you lose your enrollment or would like a spot, plan to watch for an open space on Friday afternoons after this class ends weekly subscriptions.

****Automatic Unenrollment Notice:****After three days of not logging to the class, Outschool will automatically unenroll you from the course, even if you wanted to remain in the course. So, if you are planning to not attend class for three days (i.e. vacation, illness), you HAVE to sign in during the three absent days to keep your enrollment active.
