キッズヨガ（4～9歳）

In this ongoing class, we practice yoga while we imagine going to fantastic different places. It's filled with games, songs, stories, imaginative play, and activities that engage children and give them the tools to feel calmer, happier, and more peaceful inside! Every class is different. We build the class on a theme that helps keep the kids engaged. We also learn basic yoga poses and will have a good amount of movement.
