This class will cover various stances, punches, kicks, and basic concepts of karate/self defense.  The class will include demonstrations, lecture, break downs of each move, learner participation and response, and constant guidance and coaching.  No experience is required.  Students are expected to physically demonstrate the moves that are being taught as well as participate in the preparatory stretches.  Students are expected to be open-minded and to be willing to participate in each of the exercises that are being taught.
