Does your early elementary student love to paint, draw and create? This is the class for them! This course allows students to explore different art mediums and projects in a low-pressure, student-centered environment. Each week students will complete a different art project with step-by-step teacher guidance. Basic student supply list: Art pad/art quality paper (anything thicker than printer paper) - 11x14 is recommended Pencil with eraser Markers/Crayons/Colored pencils Black Sharpie Construction paper Acrylic paint (craft paint works well!) Watercolor paint Paintbrushes in various sizes Scissors Glue
No previous art experience is required. Students should be able to hold a paint brush, utilize coloring supplies, and operate scissors with or without adult assistance. Younger students or those with learning differences may require adult assistance. Adults must stay off-screen. Please let me know of any accommodations before class begins.
