このクラスで学べること
Students will learn through observing the teacher and physically participating. The teacher will provide feedback throughout the lesson while the student is engaging in the exercises. The student can raise their hand and ask questions to the teacher between each exercise. Class will include a 2 minute introduction into what we will be learning today, 20 minute warm-up and stretch, 10 minutes of jazz based technique exercises, and a 20 minute contemporary combination. All levels of jazz dance background are welcome. We will be learning chaines, pivot steps, jazz square, passe, leg extensions, and more! We are here to have fun, work together, and perform a short jazz combination.

保護者へのお知らせ
Dance requires physical participation, therefore, please make sure your child has an open workout space, slip-proof socks or bare feet, a water bottle near by, and activewear type clothing. Since I am not physically present in the room with the dancers, injuries from moving around are possible if not properly supervised by an adult.
受講に必要なもの
Wear clothes you can move and groove in! Socks, jazz shoes, or gym shoes are all welcome. For your safety, make sure you are using no-slip socks and on a floor that has grip for your feet. We will be moving around on one leg and turning, so please have a safe space with room to move your arms and legs.
