Building confidence is key to any foreign language, and that is what I will be doing through this class.

 Italian for Beginners is a series of classes that include learning vocabulary and short conversation questions and answers. Classes can be taken consecutively or not. We review regularly and try to do one conversation time each week.

Week 1: Students will learn Greetings and learn how to say 2 questions in Italian.

Week 2: We will review and learn more Greetings and review conversation skills.

Week 3: Students will learn Classroom Vocabulary and learn 2 more questions in Italian.

Week 4: We will review and learn more Classroom Vocabulary and review conversation skills.

Week 5: Students will learn City Vocabulary (building, bus, shop, car, etc.) and learn 1 new question in Italian involving 3 directions.

Week 6: We will review and learn more City Vocabulary (station, school, hospital, restaurant, etc.) and review conversation skills.

Week 7: Review and end with learning the Happy Birthday song in Italian. If time permits, we'll learn a few birthday vocabulary.

*Homework each week will be to review the new vocabulary and questions and how to answer them.
*Students will be given a PDF, colorings, worksheets, etc.
