It is an opportunity for students to ask clarifying questions and to help create a successful and safe learning environment. - Physical activity will not be overly strenuous. Students are encouraged but not required to wear comfortable clothing that supports flexible movement. - Please make sure that you have a water bottle nearby to stay hydrated.
