Students will improve their writing skills by following a structured format and learning to add style to their sentences.

詳細: Students will be assigned homework to complete after each class.  This class will meet 2x each week, and students are expected to complete their homework between meeting days.

詳細: This is not a graded class. However, students will be awarded points based on how complete their checklist is.

Learners will turn in their homework, and I will provide feedback to them. 

Learner progress is assessed through the completion of assignments and participation in class.  

Students should have a solid understanding of basic English grammar.

Students should be able to form a complete sentence.

Students should be able to read at a fifth grade level or higher.

Students may choose to use Google Docs to type their papers. These should be saved as a PDF and uploaded in the classroom.

At times, the Nearpod app will be used. Students will be given notice for class sessions that will utilize this.
