In this ongoing course, students are allowed to join the course at any time to learn about current stocks to invest into. This course will offer opportunities for effective collaboration and research on companies to invest into weekly. The students will work together with the teacher to pick companies that they are interested in investing into. In addition, the teacher will offer great suggestions on companies that the students could invest into.  

The students brainstorm 10 companies that they are interested in investing into. The students will evaluate their companies’ stock on finance.yahoo.com and learn how to read their companies investment chart to make a critical analysis about their companies’ stock. In addition, the students will evaluate their stocks over a course of a period, dating back 1 week ago, 5 days ago, 1 month, 1 year and 5 years ago.  The students will weekly determine the best time to invest in those companies and how much they should invest in those companies. The students will invest in the sessions using an online investment format.
