This class will look at how we relate to each other based on our personality styles. 
Once we know who we are and how we interact with the world around us, we can better understand and adapt to those around us. We can achieve greater success and peace in all areas of our life.

Training style: 
We will use power point to lead class discussion. Students will have the opportunity to experience what it is like to think like a team during class time and are encouraged to seek out power partners to practice with between classes and report back.

Agenda
Week 1:
-Who is on my team?
-Who am I and what is my role?
-How does each role add to the value of the team?
Week 2: 
-What role is my biggest challenge? 
-Who is my ideal partner?
-How do I build my dream team?

Class size note:
This class is best experienced with a minimum of 3 individuals to simulate a team environment. If the minimum is not reached, parents will be given the choice to reschedule to another session or continue with a smaller class size.
