Did you know that Astronaut pee is recycled for a very important reason? Would you like to learn why Astronauts don’t float away when they sleep? Who is thought to be the first person to fart on the moon? In this one-time class, we will learn that life in space can be difficult. Actions that are simple on earth are much more complicated when you live on the International Space Station. We will learn how lack of gravity changes the way Astronauts poop, sleep, eat, shower, and more. We will discuss what it is really like to be an astronaut living in micro-gravity. The good, the bad, and the stinky. This will be a fun class. We will laugh while we learn.
学習到達目標
Students will have fun while they learn interesting facts about living in micro gravity.

教師の専門知識と資格
When I was a kid I was fascinated with space. In 6th grade, I joined the Young Astronauts Club at my school. I soaked up every bit of knowledge about space travel that I could. I dreamed of one day visiting space. I never actually became an astronaut but I continue to be fascinated by them. I have done a lot of research on what it is like to live in space. I am excited to share this information with my students.
