The ingredient list will be sent prior to the 1st class starting. Each Month will have different ingredients. All ingredients can be purchase at your local farmer's markets and grocery stores. Recipes and ingredient list are post 3-4 days before the class starts GENERAL TOOL LIST 1.A big/ medium bowl 2. 2-3 small prep bowls 3. A large or medium skillet 4. Cutting board 5. A knife: chef knife , pairing knife, or clear plastic knife with grooves on the blades. (one that they are most comfortable with) 6. Butter knife 7. A small spoon and fork 8. a can opener 9. Since we will be using, sharp utensils. blenders, the stove top, oven, graters, etc. for certain recipes, parental supervision is advised if any assistance is need.
