During this class we start off with a warm-up and we will stretch our bodies. We will also do some cardio exercises and learn some hip-hop moves for about 7-10 minutes. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat Descendants/Holiday song. (Approximately 30 -35 minutes) During class we will take a couple breaks to insure that the children are able to give their muscles a rest that include about 5-7 minutes to make a Descendants Holiday countdown chain! Check out the supply list on what to bring to class! *The duration of the warm-up and choreography time may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and goes with our theme. *All choreography is my creation inspired by the Descendants. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
受講に必要なもの
We will be making a Descendants Holiday countdown chain. Bring the attachments or bring your own paper! (3-4 pages), scissors, stapler/tape and any other items you want to use to decorate your countdown chain. Attachments are in the welcome message.
