During this class we start off with a warm-up and stretch our bodies, do cardio and learn some hip-hop moves for about the first15 minutes of class. We will then learn choreography to an upbeat dance routine for approximately 30 -35 minutes. During class we will have a couple breaks that include making a craft at the end of class. Check the supply list on what to bring. The attachment will be located in the welcome message. Feel free to dress up and definitely bring a hand towel or something similar to dance with! *Duration of warm-up, choreography, game may vary do to student participation. Length of routine may vary depending on ability of majority to pick up choreography. *All music is age appropriate and go with our theme. *Choreography learned will be of my own creation. *Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Your child will learn basic movements of hip hop and movement. This song is upbeat and fun. The goal of this class is to get the student excited about dance, move around and exercise, learn something new and learn a full routine by the end of the class!

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side and front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)
受講に必要なもの
Bring a hand towel or something similar to class as we will dance with it as our prop in class! Bring attachment to class. If you are unable to print you can use your own paper and try to make a popcorn box! Bring a dry snack to put in the box! You can also choose to make a locket, bring string and scissors to cut it out.
