A full year of high school American History will be studied from a variety of views including history, government, politics, literature, art, ideas, and institutions.  Students will develop an understanding of the development of American culture and ways of life.  The course starts with early American life and continues to present day.
Gina Jude Curriculum is a certified teacher-tutoring and online teaching service. We offer online courses for homeschool students in a variety of subjects, including math, science, English, history, and more. We also provide tutoring services for students who are struggling in a particular subject.
Our mission is to provide quality education to all students, regardless of their learning style or ability. We believe that every student has the potential to succeed when given the proper tools and support.

Homework will be assigned but it is only required of students who are wanting a grade for the course. Students should plan on doing 2-3 hours of homework per week. Students will also write DBQ's (Document Based Essays) for several of the pivotal events that shaped America. Homework is intended to get the students to think in depth about the material presented in class.
