Welcome to Here's Hiragana part 2. Part 1 was fun and engaging wasn't it, or I guess you wouldn't have signed up for part 2. If you haven't signed up for the first part go and ahead and find that class. In this class, we will review what we learned in part 1 as well as go over the next 18 of the 69 Hiragana (Japanese letters). So in total, you will know 33 Hiragana. Wow, almost halfway there! If you are wondering why I am saying 69 it is because I am adding the ten ten and maru characters. If you don't know what those are, then that means you need to sign up for the first part. In this lesson, we will learn how to read, write and pronounce the Japanese letters さ, し, す, せ, そ ざ, じ, ず, ぜ, ぞ た, ち, つ, て, と だ, で, ど They look very similar don't they, if you don't know why then please sign up for the first course. This is the second in a five-part course that will be used to go over Hiragana (the first Japanese writing system). You will definitely enjoy this class. We will play games (hidden Hiragana game, kahoot and much more), video clips (to help with writing), PowerPoint slides, and pictures to help you learn the sound and the letter. I want you to have fun, so much fun that it doesn't seem like you are learning. There is some experience needed for this class. The student must either have taken part 1 of this series or know the Hiragana あ-か. Please bring an open mind and be ready to learn.
