Weekly ingredients for the recipe will be provided in the classroom a week in advance for you to shop for the fresh fruit and/or vegetables needed.  Please note that you can also use frozen fruit and vegetables if you prefer for any given class session.  Sometimes, the availability of fresh produce can vary between places, so I will also provide a list of alternative fruits/ vegetables for each recipe to ensure everyone can participate.

Please be aware that some recipes may contain nuts, and/or plant-based milks, but substitutions can always be made if you prefer or  if your learner has allergies. The ingredients that I will use will be all fruit, vegetable and nut based.  I use no dairy, but you can if you prefer!
