felt pieces: two precut yellow circles (use a mason jar or large glass to size these)
                  one small orange triangle nose
                  black small circles for eyes 
                  brown or orange triangle large enough to be a hat 
                  raffia pieces if desired for hair 
embroidery or regular thread in fall colors and black
fabric scissors
needle - if using embroidery thread, use a needle with a larger eye
two buttons for eyes
