In this one-time class, students will learn about states in the Northeast and the Southeast regions of the United States while playing the game Guess the State. This game is a great way to get students engaged in the topic. I will teach each state's capital, its famous landmarks, the state's flag, bird, flower, name abbreviation, historical landmarks found in that state, and much more.
