The first 20 minutes of class will be spent learning about a new topic pertaining to gardening. The remainder of the class time will be for sharing gardening projects the students are working on, asking for advice from me the instructor, and peer input. I have been growing 5 raised garden beds over the past 5 years as well as keeping several indoor plants. I absolutely love plants and gardening and can't wait to share my passion with young learners!
Students will need to purchase gardening supplies that fit their living environment. This can be a plant to sit on a window ledge, or a full raised bed planter with seeds and soaker hoses. Whatever works for each individual child and family unit to experience growing plants works for me!
