Welcome Prospective Cheer Family!

Come join my 8 week-long cheerleading class for beginner-intermediate level cheerleaders! Each week we will meet live to learn and practice motions, cheers, jump sequences, and dances that I have specifically choreographed! There will be a time each week for the teammates to stretch and foster community with one another. This class promotes and facilitates an encouraging, uplifting, and team centered environment.

A typical class structure will be as follows:

Team/Talk and Stretching: 5 minutes
Cheers: 15 minutes
Jumps: 15 minutes
Dance: 20 minutes

Depending on the pace of the team as a whole, each course day may be adjusted to allot more time to either cheers, jumps, or dance. 

At the end of the course, the team will perform as a whole for their "Virtual Pep Rally." Their pep rally will consist of performing their learned cheers, jump sequences, and dances over the 8 weeks together. Family members are welcome to watch and encourage their cheerleaders during their performance. 

***Important Note: The songs and dance motions used and taught during this course will all be clean and age appropriate.***
