このクラスで学べること

Students will learn basic fitness principles and simple full body workouts that will engage their whole body. They will also learn that the reason we exercise is to be strong and healthy. 
I am a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and also have a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science. 
Open workout space, closed to exercise shoes, water, yoga mat, and a sweat towel (optional) 
They are performing possibly new movements that they have never done while exercising their bodies which if done incorrectly, could lead to injury. I will do everything in my power to educate them along the way so that this can be avoided.
