This class is for girls to chat, socialise and make friends! To feel great about themselves and learn simple mindfulness skills. Each week there will be a topic to get the conversation started. Children can share something with the class linked to that topic. Each child will have a chance to share and speak. Learners from all corners of the world are welcome. There will be a kind and inclusive environment promoted at all times. Sharing topics:- August2023 1. Week of Aug 13th : favourite soft toy 2. Week of Aug 20th: favourite animal/pet 3. Week of Aug 27th: a book you like 4. Week of Sept 1st: something from nature The simplicity of this class is reflected in the price. I look forward to meeting your learner soon.

My name is Ms Laura and I teach Pilates and movement on Outschool. Pilates is my passion and I teach it to children in a way that engages and inspires them.
My other passion is teaching! I have been teaching children here in the UK for over 20 years. I trained as a professional dancer, am a qualified teacher and registered pilates instructor. I draw on this wealth of experience to deliver unique and inspiring pilates based movement and well-being classes for children.
I believe every child matters, and it is our responsibility as parents/carers and educators to ensure we equip them with the skills to survive in the modern world. Allowing them to learn a mind-body discipline we are laying down vital skills for their future lives.
My classes are the ideal retreat from learning at a desk. Time to stand tall, move, stretch, workout, strengthen, relax and feel great!
I love dogs, animals and nature! Look out for some dog art work hanging in my studio space.
When I was younger, I lived and worked on a cruise ship, sailing around the world and I hope to revisit some of these places through teaching you on Outschool!
