This class is for young writers to practice writing. Utilizing the Writer’s Workshop method, a method proven to sharpen creative writing skills, students will spend time each week in live class and at least two hours a week working privately on their creative writing projects. Students will learn how to strengthen their creative writing skills by participating in a young writer's workshop. The Google Classroom will be used for the instructor to provide private homework feedback. Additionally, the instructor will provide feedback in the live classes. Supplemental writing resources will also be provided via the Google Classroom.
I am a multi-published author, fun instructor and experienced writer's workshop facilitator. More importantly, I love children and I love teaching writing. These two qualities make my class fun and fulfilling for all.
