Welcome to Level 1 of this step-by-step Core English class! This beginning English group class is designed for complete beginners. Students will focus on building core vocabulary and learning basic sentence structures while improving their spoken English. Through engaging activities and interactive lessons, students will gain the confidence to use English in everyday situations. Perfect for those just starting their language journey! Learning in a small group setting provides a supportive environment where students can practice speaking English with their peers. Small group classes encourage students to interact, share ideas, and help each other, which boosts their confidence and makes learning more enjoyable. The group dynamic also allows learners to develop essential social skills, such as listening and taking turns, while practicing English in a fun way. Also, Please note that depending on the noise level, I may need to mute your child, please show them how to unmute when it is their turn to speak. I'm a big fan of positive reinforcement and I will cheer your child on with plenty of encouragement and praise (think "great job" and high fives!). These classes covers a wide range of skills, including speaking, pronunciation, listening, reading and grammar. Repetition can be super helpful, so don't worry if your child needs to practice – I'm here to support them every step of the way. Parents you will receive: *The objectives for each lesson. *Flashcards for each unit. *During class you are welcome to be nearby off-screen to support your child, but please allow them to speak for themselves. **This class requires a minimum of 2 students to run as a successful group, with a maximum of 4 to ensure that each student gets plenty of speaking practice. The content of each unit builds to a final review class. However, each class includes a quick review of the previous class. So feel free to drop in anytime! See the schedule below.
