Welcome! Thanks for considering Full Body Yoga Workout as part of your fitness routine. Full Body Yoga Workout is an online yoga class with a fitness/exercise focus. All Yoga Kid Collective teachers have undergone basic CEU Yoga Alliance certified training covering kids yoga competency. We always prioritize safety first and encourage learners to "listen to their bodies" when it comes to trying new poses and exercises. Whitney, the head of Yoga Kid Collective, is a certified and experienced yoga instructor (200-hour E-RYT) with more than a thousand hours of teaching experience. She owns and operates the online kids yoga and fitness studio, Yoga Kid Collective. She loves working out and loves teaching yoga.
