Students will follow a long with a full hands on demonstration by Chef Andy. The topics covered in this class will be an introduction to making pasta from scratch using ingredients that most people have at home. This class requires no prior skills. We are only making pasta and pasta shapes. Suggestions for cooking it after class will be given. Students or parents can ask for recipes after class.

Students will learn how to make their own regular or gluten free pasta from scratch as well as many shapes that include ravioli, bow tie pasta and noodles. Pasta machine and Rolling pin methods will be taught.

Inform chef of any concerns. This class will run as described. Recipe is intended to be regular and gluten free . No other substitutes will be made.
Parents: Please ask questions if your kids need help with something or didn't understand something.
受講に必要なもの
Notes: There is two recipes. Mostly everyone is none gluten free so purchase the regular pasta ingredients. If student is gluten free you can purchase the gluten free ingredients. Regular pasta- 1 1/4 cup All purpose flour, 2 eggs and 1 tbsp olive oil Gluten free- Gluten free flour, xanthan gum*(a must, makes the dough elastic or else pasta will be dry), eggs, olive oil Equipment needed: Rolling pin, fork, mixing bowl, pasta machine (optional)
