White fondant, any amount, starts at about $5. I usually buy at Walmart. 
Food coloring-I prefer the gel for icing, but any will do. 
Fondant roller 9in., $7.29 from Wilton.com (You can usually find all supplies at Walmart and Hobby Lobby or online). Any rolling pin or round glass will work in a pinch.

Fondant Leaf cutter (optional) 
Circle cutter (I usually just use the bottom of a icing tip. I like the bigger, cupcake tips best for this) 
Toothpicks 
A piece of parchment of wax paper to work on 
Powdered sugar (small amount is fine) A cup of water and a small paintbrush 
Round sprinkles for the center of a flower (optional)
