With over 20 years of teaching experience and a background in martial arts and circus performance, Jonathan has a unique perspective on building resilience and using fear and failure as opportunities to grow and win. He is passionate about helping learners develop the skills and mindset they need to succeed.

Our teacher has also drawn on their own experience as a martial artist, entrepreneur, and teacher to develop the class content. "Mindset: The New Psychology of Success" by Carol Dweck - This book discusses the differences between fixed and growth mindsets and how a growth mindset can lead to personal and academic success. "The Power of Vulnerability: Teachings of Authenticity, Connection, and Courage" by Brené Brown - This book discusses the importance of vulnerability in personal growth and offers strategies for overcoming fear and shame. "The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook" by Edmund J. Bourne - This book provides evidence-based techniques for managing anxiety and phobias, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and exposure therapy.
