Passionate about horses? With much research, thought, and preparation, I designed this four-class course specifically to prepare learners for the following intermediate and advanced courses in this trifecta. 

🏅 Taught by a September 2023 Outschool-Awarded Star and Popular badged teacher, this class is the introductory course to the only trifecta equine series of it's kind on Outschool. 🏅 

This course is perfect for children and youth both with and without experience. This course is perfect for the child wanting to "learn everything about horses." Those interested in horse ownership, training, breeding, riding, or veterinary aspirations will also find a home here. Each week, these courses stand out from other equine classes. We dive beyond memorizing body parts like the poll, withers, and fetlock. Our mission is to foster a deep understanding of how these anatomical components function together, why it matters to humans, and how this knowledge enhances your equestrian skills or prepares you for a future in veterinary care.

Throughout the trifecta, we discuss the importance of correct tack fits, equine health and husbandry (care), the consequences of inadequate water intake, and the reasons behind certain horse behaviors. Join us on this educational journey as we unravel the mysteries of the horse's anatomy.

🐴 Pre-Requisites:
⁕ None. Good for beginners with or without hands-on experience
⁕ Most students understand basic words like "breed" or "hoof" but I can help and slow material as needed.

⁕ a new set of body parts (head, leg, organs, hoof)
⁕ a new animal freedom recognized by the American Veterinary Medical Association
⁕ a new general topic (evolution, markings, colors, gaits)
⁕ some medical issues are predisposed for specific breeds, let's chat breed!

The course may contain video and photo lectures, 3D modeling, demonstration, and questions. Built-in interactive games, puzzles, and thought scenarios may also appear for students.
