Beginning with story time, I will read "The Magic School Bus Wet All Over: A Book About the Water Cycle." Then with a video clip from Dr. Binocs, we will examine the science of the water cycle. We will discuss what the water cycle is and why it is important. The students will then create their own water cycle on paper and with a plastic bag attached to a window experiment. PDFs will be provided before class. This is a great introduction into the water cycle, or a good review, for anyone who needs it.

Water (with or without blue food coloring) to place in freezer bag

Hello from Texas! Although I am currently residing in Texas, we move quite often and that has allowed me to have many different types of career experiences. I have tutored privately and through well-known organizations; taught in the public school classroom setting with a self-contained classroom (including 4th grade and Texas History); substituted and interned in private school classroom settings; instructed at the community college level (History); assisted with museum operations; and homeschooled my three munchkins. I have worked with early education all the way up to the community college level. My Bachelors is in childhood education with a Master's in American History.
