Each week class will begin with a warm up that will include stretching exercises on the floor as well as standing. Each week a new dance will be taught. An instructional game will be played each week in addition to freeze dance, and a coloring sheet will be provided each week in accordance to the theme of the class. Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back.
