In this class we will start with introductions to get to know one another. Then we will begin a short warm up. We will learn a short dance routine by learning movements slowly and repetitively. Water breaks will be included throughout class. Students will learn names of dance steps, how to do the salsa and performance will be encouraged. Please come prepared to dance. Have space to move and a floor safe of debris. Comfortable clothing and attire as well as appropriate footwear. Dance at your own risk and please have water nearby.
