 This yoga class focuses on building strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing mental clarity in teens. Students will explore dynamic and static yoga poses, develop a deeper connection with their breath, and leave each class feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

With over 24 years of professional experience in the fitness and education industries, I have passionately dedicated my career to inspiring teens to embrace physical activity as a cornerstone of their overall well-being. My diverse background includes teaching physical education, coaching sports teams, and leading dynamic programs such as yoga, kickboxing, dance fitness, spinning, and weightlifting. Each program is thoughtfully designed to be fun, engaging, and effective—fostering a lifelong love for movement.

Adolescence is a pivotal time for building healthy habits, and I pride myself on creating a supportive, inclusive environment where students feel empowered to explore their potential. My international teaching experience has given me the unique ability to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds, adding richness and perspective to every class.

As a certified Manitoba teacher, fitness instructor, and holder of prestigious licenses from Les Mills International and Mossa, I bring evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to my sessions. Whether through coaching, teaching, or club activities, my goal is to instill confidence, resilience, and strength in every participant.
