This course is a course where Dr. W will work with the student to increase their self esteem. 

This course will teach the importance of building/ displaying self esteem and confidence. These two things are extremely important throughout one's life. We will review selling one self. We also will review strengths and weaknesses but learn how to turn the "weaknesses" into strength. 

The course will use a mix of exercises between teacher and student in order for everyone to learn from each other. Please bring something to write with and write on. Also, please bring something to color with and color on. :-) This class involves exercises with writing and drawing.

Students will get support/feedback from Dr. W.

Course outline-
-Tell me about yourself- selling yourself
-Review the importance of selling one self and how we do that.
-Give me three strengths. Give me three "weaknesses"
-Confidence building exercise
-Positive Affirmations                                                                                                                                                                

*Please note- this is a one time course. If your learner would like more one-on- one time with Dr. W, please see her 1 on 1 tutoring course.
*Please also note, if no learner is logged on within 10 minutes of start time, class will be canceled and no refunds/recordings provided. If learner is later than 5 minutes, they may miss a valuable chunk of information and it is up to the instructor if they can continue to take the class that day. This class is only 25 minutes. It is essential the learner is present for the WHOLE class.
