****Students will use Nearpod for this class, an interactive program that will keep your travelers engaged. Once enrolled, I will send a document that explains how your traveler can easily use Nearpod with Zoom on one or two devices.****

On this trip, we will learn where Germany is, draw the flag, and visit a castle and the Black Forest through virtual reality. We will learn about some typical food there such as brezels and the Black Forest cake and learn about some animals such as the beavers. 
We will also learn how to say a few words in German and watch a video in German to hear the language. At the end of every trip, we do a quick review to test the knowledge we have learned together. We will learn through a variety of ways such as coloring, pictures, videos, reading, slides, music, virtual reality, and arts and crafts. Make sure you have your passports ready! I can’t wait to see your travelers in Germany soon!
