Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription ($20/month for students) Personal Computer with Adobe Illustrator and Character Animator installed Mouse (recommended) Quad-ruled Notebook (for notes and drawing)* Pencil Color Pencil (optional) Big Eraser *Students may use any type of notebook, but grid paper is ideal for drawing and can help individuals spacially understand sizes.

Students will be encouraged to choose a children's story that they personally would like to share and may not completely align with other families' personal beliefs. Art is an inherently personal thing and while the topics will be kept to a PG environment, it is important to understand that each family is unique. Mr. Stahl will strive to tailor each class to the individual families and ages involved and create an environment of respect for all involved. We will be using Youtube to help with individual problems that may arise while working with Character Animator. Students will not need an account in order to watch specific videos. A list of the videos can be provided upon request. Students will need access to an Adobe Creative Cloud account for this class. This account can be assigned to the student or a family member.
We will be utilizing resource like the Adobe Education Exchange and Youtube to explore advanced components of this course. These items have been previously vetted by the instructor and are used to enhance the learning experience of users with multiple learning styles
