A weekly live drawing class where we color to our hearts content!

🔸 This is a Small Class Size learning opportunity.
🔸 This teacher will keep the class open for 1 student!

In each class, I will draw and make a coloring book-esque like black and white lineart drawing and share it with the students before class starts. These drawings range from characters we all know and love from age appropriate cartoons and anime while also having original character designs featured. Then, we will explore different coloring techniques to make our art stand out in a step-by-step process! How should we color clouds in the sky? What is a good way to color hair in the sunlight? We’ll even be able to let the kids' imagination run wild with unconventional color palettes and designs!

After we are done with our beautiful painting of the week, the students will work together in collaboration to design an outfit of the week. This is where we take a character with a blank slate and add whatever crazy colors we want to their hair, clothes, skin, eyes and more! Students will also be able to make suggestions for upcoming coloring book materials.

Each week there will be a different downloadable handout of a character or environment for the students to follow along with if they wish!

Suggested Supplies:
Students must have the digital drawing app Procreate (or another digital art program similar: Ibis Paint, Krita, Medibang Studio, Clip Studio Paint, Photoshop, etc.) and a digital pen such as an Apple Pen (Charged!). While digital art knowledge is not required, getting a head start on familiarizing yourself with the layout of the app you are using is definitely recommended!
