This is a one time virtual learning cooking class. We will be cooking in our kitchen, using our stove top to cook our steak meat (carné asada). We will be preparing our toppings as we bake our fries. Younger learners may need help turning on oven and removing baking sheet from their hot oven. We will be using a knife during class. Younger learners may need help using the knife.
