ダンス クラス バンドル #2 - 8 つの異なるテーマのダンス クラス - ヒップホップ (8 週間コース)

This 8 week courses is beginner level hip-hop style. Each week there will be a warm-up during each class which will include stretching, cardio and hip-hop moves. We will have center time to learn choreography. Choreography will be taught each class and have a different theme! During class, students will be muted. This helps with the sound quality and for the video to always be on the teacher so everyone can view the steps at all times. If there is a question, the student can always raise their hand and the teacher will unmute the student, or the student can press the virtual hand raise button or type in their question in the chat area. 

Week one: Ghostbusters- Warm-up, stretching, cardio, learn choreography. During this class we will make "Slime" sensory bags. ***This is not real slime or meant to take out of the bag. ***View the supply list for the "SLIME" sensory bags! Or your child can just bring their own slime to play with at the end of class. 

Week two: Star Wars - Warm-up, stretching, cardio, learn choreography. Bring your lightsaber to dance with during class! If you do not have one bring something that resembles a lightsaber like a pool noodle, ruler, paper towel roll etc. 

Week three: Outer Space - Warm-up, stretching, cardio, learn choreography. We will do a martian name game. Bring the attachment or we will be able to figure out their name during class. 

Week four: Captain Underpants - Warm-up, stretching, cardio, learn choreography. Bring a blank piece of paper and something to draw with at the end of class or bring the Captain Underpants attachment.

Week five: When I Grow Up - Warm-up, stretching, cardio, choreography. 

Week six: Hamilton - Warm-up, stretching, cardio, choreography. During this class we will also design our own money! Check supply list and welcome message for attachment. 

Week seven: Villains - Warm-up, stretching, cardio, choreography. During this class we will play "Toss the Hedgehog." Check supply list and welcome message for attachment. 

Week eight: Food- Warm-up, stretching, cardio, choreography. We will have an end of the semester party at the end of class for the last 10 minutes! Students can chat or freestyle, or have a snack during this time! Coloring sheet is located with the welcome message.

***PLEASE Review the classes that will be offered. If you have already taken classes from me, make sure you are not repeating the same classes as these classes are available individually unless you don't mind repeating.***
 
*All music is age appropriate.
*Choreography learned will be of my own creation.
*Great option for those that homeschool looking for arts or P.E. option or looking for extracurricular activity for after school or weekends!

Make sure your child is taking class in a safe space in a clear area where they can extend their arms out side to side, front and back. Also, make sure your child has water nearby and wears comfortable clothing. (Dance at your own risk.)

Attachments will be included in the welcome message. 
Week 1: Ghostbusters - Ziploc baggie, hair gel or soap or paint. Anything else you want to put into the "Slime" sensory bag. 
Week 2: Star Wars - Bring your lightsaber to class or something similar. (pool noodle, cardboard, ruler, paper towel roll etc.) 
Week 3: Outer Space - 1 Attachment. If you are unable to print I can help your child figure out their Martian name!  
Week 4: Captain Underpants - Bring a blank piece of paper and something to draw/color with. 
Week 5: When I Grow Up - Coloring Sheet
Week 6: Hamilton - 2 attachments. Bring a blank piece of paper if you are unable to print. 
Week 7: Villains - 1 attachment. Bring a blank piece of paper if you are unable to print. 
Week 8: Food Themed - Bring coloring page attachment if you like. Bring snacks/drink for our end of the semester party!
