Class Experience

Welcome to my crochet camp!

In this ongoing class, students can learn a new project or practice their skills each week. Some projects may build through several sessions. If you want to enroll, contact me and I will let you know where we are in our project and provide you with the pattern. We've been creating a lot of fun, cute amigurumi items here!

**Students should be intermediate to advanced crocheters for this class.**

Many of the things we make in this class are small amigurumi (stuffed) animals, foods or toys. Occasionally we also make useful things, such as a lip balm holder, dish cloth or hand sanitizer cozy. We will make cute amigurumi toys with eyes, home decor items such as baskets, nice motifs such as snowflakes or mandalas, and much more. Learners will acquire some fun new skills that they can use for a lifetime of happy crochet projects!

Students are welcome to actively work along with me while I demonstrate the scheduled activity, attend and just watch, or work on another project while enjoying some crochet socialization. Written patterns will be provided on the class page before each class. Learners can print or download the pattern for future use.

Every student will have an opportunity to ask questions and I will do my very best to answer them.

Here are some examples of projects for the class:
Astronaut
Brontosaurus
Hamburger
Otter
Mouse, sitting
Cute cow
Piggy with a tutu
Daisy Pillow
Shark
Pretty chicken
Flora Granny Square
Amigurumi Earth
A doggie
Amanita Muscaria mushroom
An airplane
Turtle
Fancy Butterfly

(The project in the list above are subject to change.)
This schedule can easily be adjusted depending on the skill level or preference of the students.
Patterns and materials lists will be available here in the listing and/or on the classroom page prior to each project.

PLEASE NOTE:
*This class is best suited for students who highly skilled at crochet and have a good deal of speed. Students who aren't quite ready for the pace of the class are encouraged to take one of my other classes, such as:

*Also, if the appointment time or project listed for any of the weeks is not preferred, please let me know. I'll do my best to adjust my schedule and/or the projects to meet your needs.
*This class is available at several times during the week to accommodate students who needed different times.
*If no students join the class, I will wait 15 minutes and then end the meeting. There will be no recording if no learners join the class.

I have been crocheting for over 40 years and have always loved it. It's a wonderful craft that I still get excited about and sharing it with others is the icing on the cake.
